The Blackroll Super Band set is ideal for improving body stability and coordination by means of a designated core training as well as belly, back and torso training. It can be used to help strengthen all muscle groups and chains as the 3 bands allow you to use 3 different intensities. Regularly exercise / training using the Blackroll Super Band set supports a healthy posture. Especially people who sit often when performing their jobs can strengthen their torso with this product to help avoid / prevent muscle tensions as well as neck- and back pain. Also for a preventative use. The both strengthening and stretching movements boost flexibility, which is why the muscles feel relaxed after training. The Super Band is exceptionally elastic made from a tear-resistant, pleasant natural textile fibre and rubber. It is skin friendly and compared to most other training bands, it feels very soft on the skin. Perfect for people with a sensitive skin or (skin) allergies. This implies no reddening and irritation of the skin as a consequence of using this product.

The set includes three different colours (all 104 cm) with different strengths allowing for a variation of the training intensity:

- Orange - weak resistance

- Green - middle / average resistance

- Blue - strong resistance

Note: always start with the lowest resistance level until you have mastered the exercises. Then you could choose to use a band with a higher resistance level. As the set has 3 different bands, you can also use a different band and thus resistance level per muscle group.
