The BLACKROLL® GROOVE PRO is 50% harder than the BLACKROLL® STANDARD and therefore not suitable for individuals who have never used a foamroller regularly. We advise you to only use this roller if you are an experienced user of if you have a high pain tolerance. 

The BLACKROLL® GROOVE PRO has the high-density level of the BLACKROLL® PRO but comes with extra grooves from the Blackroller Groove. Therefore, this foamroller is most suitable for more intensive applications.The added grooves generate an additional vibration effect when used for massages, which in turn increases blood circulation and stimulates receptors in the connective tissue as well as in your muscles. The BLACKROLL® GROOVE PRO is particularly useful for high performance athletes and is often used prior to training or competition as it stimulates the muscles.

With regular use of this foam roller you will notice that over time your muscle performance will improve.
