"I was in a motorcycle accident in August of 1999. In this accident I broke two of my transverse processes in my lower back, and had a compound fracture below my left knee joint. Since then I have had a very hard time in life due to these injuries. My back is missing muscle attachment points on two of my vertebrae on the lower left hand side. This allows the muscles on the opposite side of my spine to pull my vertebrae out of alignment, which causes severe back pain and nerve pinching.
