Shipping and Returns

Delivery
Orders placed before 15.00 p.m. we send, if available, usually the same day. We aim to deliver your order within 1 week after receipt of your payment order. However, a product may not be available. In that case, we will notify you in time and we will deliver the product up to 30 business days after your payment is received.

Shipping
We charge a fixed amount for packaging and shipping. While ordering you'll see exactly what the shipping costs are. We send your order with TNT Post.

Where does VodaMed.com deliver?
We deliver our products within Europe. Is your country not in the list of sending countries, please contact our customer service.

Payment methods
You can pay in six ways: by iDEAL, Bancontact/Mr Cash, DIRECTebanking, PayPal, Creditcard or Bank transfer.

Returns and defects
Despite the great care that we devote to your order, it can happen that an article has a failure or you can receive the wrong product. In these cases you should contact VodaMed.com within 7 days, by sending an e-mail or by writing a letter to:
