Picking up your goods can occur by appointment only. We send your within 2 working days within The Netherlands and 3-4 working days within Europe. Visiting You can visit us as well; make an appointment in advance to enable us to ensure your desired articles will be in stock. Warranty All products sold by VodaMed are covered by the producer's guarantee and their terms and conditions with regards to the warranty. Taxes All shown prices include 19% or 6% VAT and are exclusive shipping costs. The invoice shows the exclusive price as well. Repair In case of a manufacturer’s fault of an article, you need to contact VodaMed. The product must be send back to us in a prepaid (stamped) package; packages which are not prepaid (stamped) will be declined. Please note that damage of products during shipment is at the customer’s own risk. In case you return a product for repair and it is not included in the warranty regulations we will charge investigation costs (€ 30.00). If repairs do not cover the warranty terms, you will receive an invoice for the total costs of the repair. On agreement of repair, the repair costs have to be paid before the product will be returned. Return Policy Within seven (7) days from delivery of the products purchased on VodaMed.com you may return the items purchased on VodaMed.com. You must contact us before you send the items back to us. Goods can only be returned if they are undamaged at the time of their return. Please note that goods which cannot be reshipped, due to their characteristics, or are liable to deteriorate rapidly, cannot be returned. If the returns policy is respected, VodaMed will refund the amount of money received for the goods purchased on VodaMed.com, except for the shipping costs of the products purchased. The money will be refunded as soon as possible, and within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date when VodaMed is informed of your intention to return the goods delivered. Once we can confirm that the terms and conditions have been respected, we will begin our refund procedures. If return policy methods and terms are not respected, you will not be liable for a refund of the money paid to VodaMed for the goods returned. Nonetheless, at your request and expense, we can return the products sent back to VodaMed. Otherwise, VodaMed can keep the products, as well as the money paid for the purchase. Purchases of dealers cannot be cancelled/refunded.
