The return or exchange of a product is possible within seven days after receiving your order. Allowed only if the item is still in it's original packing and when the package has sufficient stamps on it.

We kindly request you to give us your full name and the invoice number. Returns that have not been confirmed by us at forehand will not be excepted. In case you cancel an order after the order has been shipped, VodaMed will have to charge you for the shipping costs. Used, washed or damaged goods will not be excepted.

After receiving the money we will transfer the money back into your account within seven days.
